Provider Training
Effective 7/26/2025, all CYBER-related training materials are no longer accessible via this web page. Training documents are now available within CYBER upon log-in. After logging into CYBER, click the link ‘Training Information’ along the bottom edge of the application and open the CYBER training materials.
Providers can utilize the documents and modules below for CYBER and Children's System of Care (CSOC) provider operations training to better support the quality care of New Jersey's families and youth.
The PerformCare New Jersey website provides resources to support providers’ use and navigation of CYBER 2.0. Information will be periodically updated post-deployment to reflect the new screens and functionality within CYBER 2.0.

Certification training
Are you looking for certification training for behavioral assistants and Information Management Decision Support (IMDS) tools or ongoing trainings on CSOC topics relevant to you or your staff? CSOC partners with Rutgers University to provide these trainings and more to CSOC providers and other community members.
2025 CYBER training sessions
CYBER training sessions will begin in January and continue through December. Training sessions will benefit new users and provide refresher training for current users. Training is customized to each user type.
Please refer to the schedules below and ensure you register early for your designated training. Training sessions are conducted via Teams. Providers and DCF/CSOC must register to access training. Once registration is complete, participants should receive a registration confirmation that includes the Teams link to the training. If your email is entered incorrectly, you will not receive the training link or materials.
Technical Support/Assistance
CYBER Service Desk – Call 1-877-652-7624 Service Desk technicians will assist with CYBER challenges, billing issues and clinical questions.
Customer Support Request Form – Enter a question or request through a secure online form on the PerformCare website: www.performcarenj.org/helpdesk/. The form has a wide range of issues listed and specific requirements that help capture essential information. Documents may be uploaded.
